unsatisfactory! Impersonal, almost rude.
Room was disappointing, although accomodations were as promised.

Not at all satisfactory. Staff extremely curt,unfriendly . We never saw a smile. Pool and beach facilities, while nice, were spoiled by staff. At 602 Euro/day-unable to get a towel or decent place to sit!
Room was dirty-floor, and bathroom barely acceptable. We are prepared to pay for value-this was a rip-off.

We would never recommend this hotel. This was our 14th.consecutive year in southern Italy. It is the only bad experience we ever had. After Ischia we went to Capri- Perfect!
Regina Isabella is over priced,the staff is indifferent, the facilities are adequate but hard to access because of the uncaring people. We have already booked our stay for 2005 in Capri. The cost is comparable but the value is far superior.
Regarding question 17-Please feel free to publish. I will do my best to get the word out also!

we did not use any directions, the taxi delivered us and the hotel van took us to the port. We wish we knew that they would have met us, since the taxi ride from the port was in a old dangerous vehicle.
