• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is per accommodation per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but not for the extras.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors in the main building, three floors in the Sporting side and six floors in the Royal side. Fifth elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  For the most seaview, the Royal part (suites and double deluxe) is in the most beautiful and romantic area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have direct dial telephone and satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  One must push the zero before to have the the direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In all rooms there are air conditioning with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet cafè.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor equipped with hydromassage, thermal wather and thalassotherapy.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly in the hotel (Concierge).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We are in the centre of the town, with all the shops and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the centre of Lacco Ameno.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  2 hours.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes a shuttle bus service and a private car service.

  2 hours.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, the Regina Isabella Thermal Center & Health Club with Sauna, Hammam and fitness room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have 2 restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
