Checking in procedure was interrupted by guests previoulsy checked in asking for passports back. The receptionist was very nice and welcomg to us, but I feel she should have made them wait. Not that I would have interrupted someone else checking in anyway unless extremely urgent!

The beach was not ready and opened and no pool. Being able to use the facilities of Hotel Principi more than made up for it. They should consider keeping that.

10 mins walk to Puolo Beach a lovely little spot without having to bus or take car out for the day.
No hotel courtsey bus - which would have been helpful.
Good food in restaurant but could do with a wider and more varied dinner menu.
All the better for being slightly out of Sorrento.
Current Bus timetables at hand would have been a good bonus for guests.
More sun lounges could be a benefit but will come if building a pool or beach facility. Some kind of toilet/food facility at beach when opened maybe.

Beautiful, quiet, lovely rooms, would definatley go back if it remains as discrete as we didn't like Sorrento at all. Although Sorrento is handy for all transport and day trips.
