• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our price are per room per night and including buffet breakfast, services and vat.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service is available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our Hotel Staff speaks English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has 2 floors, but no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  In our Hotel all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have national and international TV (SKY TV) free of charge for our Guests in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking available free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car and scooter rental are available downtown, just 5 minutes by bus from our Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores 5 minutes far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Sorrento (3 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino (50 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It can be organized upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Capo di Sorrento (5 min. walking distance).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Sorrento (3 km), connected with the Circumvesuviana of the Neaples Central station.
• How far away is the beach?
  In our garden there is a private beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Our beach is private, but just 10 minutes walking there is also a public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
