• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes the buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
  Breakfast is served with fresh fruits, eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, croissant and cakes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors with elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. The quiter rooms are facing the hill.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. Most of the rooms are provided of terrace/balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes. Most of the rooms are provided of terrace/balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in the main building we have 36 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All our rooms are provided with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. All our rooms are provided with telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. All our rooms are provided with air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a roof-top heated swimming pool and open from May till October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. The ample parking area is available without extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Santa Margherita Ligure.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes at 500 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Santa Margherita, Portofino 4 Km, 5 Terre 1 hour by train or boat.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the international Airport "Cristoforo Colombo" of Genova (30 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we can provide taxi service extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is at 1.5 Km.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just in front of us.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Is our private beach. Pubblic beach at 50 meters far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but they are not allowed to go to the restaurant, breakfast area and lounges.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes 1 in the hotel open all year round and 1 at the beach open during the summer seson.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
