  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.

  The prices is per room per day.

  Yes, continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Groundfloor + 4 floors. Yes we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have Tv in the room. No international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes. Is open in summer.

  The hotel is located in Capri.

  20-25 minutes walking.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All rooms are equipped by hydro-massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, a typical caprese restaurant, service at table, in the summer outside terrace.
