Wonderful hotel.4*+ Staff and services excellent. Couldn't fault it in any way. Wouldn't stay any where else in Garda. Website also very efficient and helpful

excellant value for money and well worth a visit, room was v good, food was outstanding, pool side very good. Central location in town with good walks and easy access to veronia. Lake was wonderful.

We were delayed at the airport and were late arriving at the hotel never the less the Hotel found time to serve us Dinner in an unhurried manner

The only thing we didn't get was a welcome pack giving the htel information. There was not one in the room but I was told by a fiend of mine who was also staying at the hotel that he was given his via reception. Otherwise evrything was excellent as usual We have used the hotel before.

I used the outdoor pool for swimming every day, I found the pool etiquette could be shown more prominently, many guests were arriving in their bedroom robes which they should not have used. And everyone should shower before entering the pool, I would say only 10% did this, due to instructions not being prominent enough. Just a small point easily recitified.

The best hotel by far in Garda, which is a very good place to stay, lots to do and for the less active, flat terrain for leisurely strolls.

Unfortunately many rooms - including ours - have a very unappealing view / outlook, which is a little disappointing. Also, other hotel nearby (Bisesti)has noisy outdoor musical entertainment on some evenings which is very invasive, even with windows closed.

A superb hotel that we could not fault. Very professionally run and with superb facilities. Only negatives are regarding the view from many of the rooms (unappealing) and the noise from nearby hotel. The outdoor pool is superb and immaculately maintained.

I liked the Hotel and service in the restaurant was fine, however on a stormy day when we wanted drinks in the daytime the bar service was worse than useless, it was made very clear that they were unwilling to provide a service during the day.
The other problem was we were attending a wedding and no ironing facilities were available, we didnt have enough time to use the laundry service, quite a problem for all the guys who wanted shirts pressed.

I think the outside pool area was much better than I expected it was very nice and beautifully kept.
The indoor pool was also nice but the access through the hotel basement spoiled its impact.

Nice Hotel I would certainly recommend it, after mentioning the points made previously.

We had a truly wonderful time - the hotel was lovely, very elegant, yet friendly and I greatly appreciate the extra lengths they went to to make my mother's birthday so special - the chef baked her a birthday cake free of charge. Thank you!
