| Cancellation Policy | |
For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms and ADVANCE PURCHASE the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time. For all other room types, for cancellation received after h.18.00, one day prior arrival, we will charge one night as cancellation fee.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
