All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Our delicious american breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available on request. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The bill can be settled at arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our Hotel Staff speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Deutsch. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our Hotel has six floors and four Guest lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

Our Hotel has 110 rooms non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All our rooms have TV. However there are 4 channels pay per view and some satellite TV channels free of charge for our Guests. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

We have a free internet point in our lobby available for our Guests. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

Car rental is available at Central Railway Station, just 3 minutes walking from our Hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Hotel offers on request a shuttle service to and from Capodichino Airport, by private car. To arrange this service the Hotel requires a minimum of 2 passengers. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

In front of the hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Our hotel does not have a fitness centre but there is Jacuzzi on the solarium., - Are pets welcome?
Small dogs are welcome in the Hotel rooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc.,, - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, we have a restaurant in our Property. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
All our rooms are equipped with an ADSL modem. Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used from all the rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line. In addition, a WI-FI connection is available in our property.
