- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All rates are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, continental buffet breakfast with homemade pies is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled at departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our staff speaks Italian, English, French, German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 5 floors in the building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The rooms do not have private terraces or courtyards, but the hotel offers a big common terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
