The check out receptionist could have offered suggestions for getting the bags back to the Marina. After asking, I was told we could have a service, but there was a fee. Again, this service should have been suggested. The check out receptionist was not as pleasant and accomodating as the first two men. The first two men, Paolo and a very tall younger man, were excellent.

I would highly recommend it, excellent service, exceptional room overlooking the Sea. Can't wait to come back, will request the same room. Capri was Bellisimo! Excellent hotel.
