  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bill has to be settled at the departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, German and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors with elevators. Some rooms are reacheble only through stairs.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, and with wonderful view over the sea.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have balcony or terrace, on request and with an extra charge.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have balcony or terrace, on request and with an extra charge.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a satellite TV in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air conditioning is included and it is seasonal.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our guests have access to two different swimming pools: the first one is open from May to September, and itis exclusively for the guests of the Hotel. The second one is open from June to September, and has some space reserved for the Guests of the Hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is available for up to 50 cars.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Genova GOA Airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, nearby.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Genoa.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Cristoforo Colombo in Genova, 18 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, only on request we can arrange a private transfer, for an extra fee.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Arenzano.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    At 1,5 km (Arenzano).
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is reachable through a cable cab directly from the top of the Hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    It is a private Beach. In Arenzano there are also public beaches.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not at Punta San Martino, but we have special arrangements with the Wellness Center in Grand Hotel, 300 m. far from Punta San Martino.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Please note that only small dogs are allowed (not admitted in swimming pool, restaurant and bar). They can't be left alone in the room.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Restaurant 'La Punta'.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Connection from the room is possible.
