• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 4 floor. With elevator access.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private. Some rooms are more romantic as they offer special features, such as a jacuzzi tub on the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our rooms except standard rooms have either balcony or ample terrace with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All our rooms except standard rooms have either balcony or ample terrace with sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a direct-dial telephone and a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we have air conditioning and it's included in the room's price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have hotel-own parking, but a parking lot is available at 100 meters distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rates and reservations are available on request at the reception. Please advise in advance if possible.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores are only 50 meters away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Positano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Naples airport is 60 Km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The reception is available to organize transfers to and from the main airports and rail stations. Rates and reservations are available on request. Please advise in advance if possible.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop for buses towards Sorrento or Amalfi is about 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Sorrento railway station is 15 Km away.
• How far away is the beach?
  Within walking distance.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beaches are public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
