The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation was perfect and the location excellent! The breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Italy! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will certainly stay there again.

We found the accommodation to be very clean and in very good condition. The bathroom was quite small but very functional. We would come back to this Hotel again when we return, as we found it very welcoming and friendly, and an easy walk to the beach and front street.

We checked out early one morning and the Hotel actually organised a breakfast pack for us to take with us, as we were going to miss out on the breakfast provided, a nice touch.

We had a great time while staying at this hotel. It was very convenient to the train station for two weary travelers, but located on a quiet street. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and courteous.

When we drove down the mountain road and arrived in the little square at the bottom, it was very confusing and we had to ask a police man where the street was for the hotel. Ofcourse it was right where we had parked, but we were unfamiliar with the town. The directions that the hotel sent were clear....I think we were just tired from driving and so didn't see the street name etc.

The breakfast offered was very good, and we really appreciated the fact that the food was varied. For example, there were breads/ meats/ cheeses/ youhurts/ cakes/ cereal/ fruit etc. Some thing for every one. It was very good to have so many choices.

For people driving down to the hotel that are not used to driving on narrow, twisting mountain roads, it may be good for them to know ahead of time, to appreciate the drive down and up!

Very conveniently located hotel, minutes from the train station, and beach. Short walk to the old part of town where fabulous restaurants can be found, including a childrens park, and also where the start of the path way to the other Cinque Terre towns begins.

We recommend the Punta Mesco to all travellers. The youmg receptionist was professional and very friendly. Facilities including the breakfast were excellent.
If visiting Cinque Terre again we would stay in the Punta Mesco.

We were greeted before we entered the hotal and given prompt assistance with our luggage and parking which was really appreciated.

This was a new, very clean hotel. Beds were very good, air conditioning worked very well (it was over 30 when we were there) and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was very clean, lacked the 'charm' of an older hotel but we knew that going into it. The staff was wonderful. The only negative was that the room was a little small but it wasn't that big of deal since we were only there one night.

The only experience I had that made my stay less than perfect was this: The people in the private apartment above me(my room was #5)seemed extremely loud and noisy. I had been traveling for several weeks and was looking forward to a quiet stay. I could hear everything the people above me said and did. Everything. From the moment they entered their apartment, turned on the television, dropped something on the floor, used the toilet(I could even hear them 'passing gas'), flushed the toilet, talked, and so on...I could hear everything...all night long. I don't know if they were on vacation or if they lived there. This happened for 2 nights of my 5 night stay. I could not even rest in the afternoon as they were noisy all day as well. I spoke to the staff at my hotel about it but the room above me did not belong to the hotel so there was nothing they could do. I actually believe that it was the fault of lack of insulation between the floor above and the ceiling below. My room was clean, spacious and private...but not quiet.

Staff were there to meet and assit, and immedialtey assited with luggage from the vehicle to the room. Also placing the vehicle in a private, secure and locked parking area with easy access, opposite the hotel.

We had a small private balcony which was quite pleasant, even though there was no view.

Clean and comfortable, (appears to have been recently renovated)good size rooms and a nice central location. Don't be put off by the outside, front appearance of the building that the hotel is in. Close to beach, shops, restaurants, train station. Secure parking provided. Excellent continental breakfast. Staff helpfull.

There are two ways into Monterosso. We initially took the wrong way in reserved only for residents. This should be clarifies. Otherwise a nice spot, with a good breakfast and pleasant staff. The associated Belvedere restaurant is worth mentionning as it's a really nice reasonable place with excellent food that can be had special price through the hotel.

The receptionist said I should have had a map to print from the website, but I don't remember seeing one. Finding the hotel was confusing. Although you stated you were in the new part of town, not being familiar at all with the town, we did not find the hotel easily.

It was probably my fault, but finding this hotel was difficult because of the small roads and having to make the choice to come to this part of town out farther than one would imagine. More detailed directions could possibly help customers wanting to find this hotel.

Wonderful breakfast area with a delicious breakfast and helpful staff every morining.
Our quad room was a little smaller than I expected and the hair dryer was really difficult, almost impossible to use. The friendly staff made up for these short comings!
