• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 12,00 am to 10,00 pm (it is possibile arrive before noon, leave the luggage in hotel and wait that the room will be ready; and arrive until 12,00 pm if specified on the reservation).
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included and is a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay at check-out time or, if you prefer, you can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The reception staff speaks English and in the summer German and French too.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 rooms on the ground floor and the other 10 rooms on the first floor (only 10 steps without lift ).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very pretty, the rooms located on the back of the hotel are a little bit more quiet, the other rooms on the front are more bright.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The 11 rooms on the back have a little balcony with a table and two chairs; the other 6 rooms have a window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra charge.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are two internet-cafe in the historical centre, 800 metres far from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our free private parking is in front of the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in La Spezia (20 minutes by train or 40 minutes by car).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a little supermarker only 40 metres from the hotel, a grocery store is located at 200 metres.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Levanto is a little town only 12 km from Monterosso (3 minutes by train), the town of La Spezia is at 40 km (20 minutes by train).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport of Genova Cristoforo Colombo is 100 km far, the Airport of Pisa Galileo Galilei is 110 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Monterosso there is a green bus to go and come back from the historical centre and the stop is at 100 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Monterosso al Mare there is a railway station at 300 metres from the hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is only 100 metres far from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There is a private beach (at 100 metres) and public beaches at 200 metres and in front of the historical centre.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the Hotel there is not a restaurant, but the same owners of the hotel own a restaurant called "Belvedere", located in front of the beach in the historical centre, at 700 metres from the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem and surf the internet from your room.
