• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the double rooms rate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  It is just one floor: there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels for the bathroom.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The rooms have TV color. In the future we will have also TV Sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not, but the family will supply to your request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there the possibility for our guests to use Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking (to be paid extra).
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you to rent it directly when you will be at the B&B.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is one at 2 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Ravello, 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Naples, 70 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not, but we can arrange a pick up by private car.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is close to entrance of the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno is the nearest railways station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 2 km far.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are private and public beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you may.
