Wonderful place with great views over Naples. Maybe a bit regimental in their outlook - dining at night in the hotel has to be taken rather early.

Very relaxing, beautiful resort with a wonderful view (day and night). Spa facilities and treatments available on site (albeit rather expensive).

No phone service on first night. No internet service another night. The staff lied about the reason it was unavailable, since after insisting on the urgency with which it was needed, the direttore miraculously got it to work. (We'd been told a password was necessary which no one working at that hour knew.)

One person in our party was served the wrong dish three times. Rather than apologize, the waiter disappeared. Very mediocre breakfast.

Only one computer with internet access when the demand would require at least two. Beautiful setting. Inconsistent restaurant service. Average food.
