• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. We do not have 24h reception so Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and there is the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Allmost all the rooms have balconies.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Allmost all the rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Not yet, but soon.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it'included in the price. It's not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but in every room there is space and a table.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can use internet in your room with your pc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Very near in Piazza Garibaldi you can rent it.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Piazza Garibaldi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Of course.
