• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included but upon extra payment.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is 1 floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has private access to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is the air conditioning with an extra to pay.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  "Principe del Trasimeno" has a spacious hall with a big fire place where guests can spend time together or read in quiet.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi open from may till October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is inside the property completely protected by a wire-net fencing.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Castiglion del Lago.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at only 300 mt in the village called La Piana.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castiglione del Lago (2 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Sant'Egidio Airport (PG): 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a shuttle from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  200 Metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castiglione del Lago.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only the small one.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, unfortunately no.
