• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included; it's a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Not necessarily, but if you wish so, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors with lift. There are one room and one suite on fourth floor; lift only gets to third floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the suite has its own charming roof terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only two rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are air conditioned. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is one in the lounge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is one within ten minutes by car.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Bologna airport or in Reggio Emilia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In the countryside around Reggio Emilia. We are located in the town centre.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are a small town of about 150,000.- Parma, Modena and Bologna are the nearest towns.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest international airport is in Bologna at 60 km. from Reggio Emilia. Parma (abt. 25 Kms) has a smaller airport for domestic flights.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  10 mt. from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Reggio Emilia at 1 km. from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one abt one kilometer from here.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs and only in rooms and lounge. Not in breakfast room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We, all rooms have the wi-fi system (wireless internet connection). Cards on sale at reception.
