• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes is a buffet brakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes how you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are all quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some double rooms have it.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is the TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is free air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Service provided at reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes just 300mt.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Sorrento.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It's Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes upon payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is just out-door.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is at only 300mt. It is Sant'Agnello.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is close to the hotel, only 20mt.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private, and we have an agreement to offer you a discounted price.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
