Staff were very friendly and professional ... The reception staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the lake area especially Manuealla. She gave very good advice about driving etc. in the area. ... Very friendly,quiet and very suitable for a family holiday. Also adjacent to very good restaurants.
