• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Prices are available from Room Only to Half Board.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill either at the arrival or departure time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The languages spoken are English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors and there is the elevator to disposal of our guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms has the same furniture and the only difference is between the view: lake view or garden view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All our rooms have balcony or terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do not have no smoking rooms, but not all our rooms are just for smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all our rooms there is Tv-sat
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an outside swimming pool 18mt-9mt, is open during the season from May till September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  To disposal of our guest there are parking place and free garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car/scooter rental is available at few metres from the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Closed to our Hotel (500mt) you will find 2 supermarkets, shops, reastaurant and pubs.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Sirmione just 2 Km far away. While Desenzano and Peschiera, other 2 famous towns of the south of Garda lake are 7 Km far away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Villafranca (Verona) and Montichiari (Brescia) both around 25 Km far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have shuttle service from and to airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 400 mt far from ur Hotel and it takes to Peschiera (Verona) or desenzano (Brescia).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway stations are Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda, both arund 7 Km far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the property, but there is an esthetics center just 300 mt far away.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a restaurant in our Property, which offers a delicate couisine with choice of menus served with Garda wines.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In all our room you can surf the Internet simply connecting the modem with the telephone line.
