I must admit that I don't know whether I paid too much attention to your directions. My concern is less with your website than with the tourism office at the train station in Bologna - the woman was not helpful at all and the directions by bus were ultimately very simple. I ended up walking which was a hassle but I got there so it turned out OK.

The personnel in this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted with train schedules for my day trips, restaurant recommendations, directions, etc. The rooms were quite spacious for a single room in Europe and I was most impressed by the quality of the property.

My only recommendation would be to have very specific directions on how to get to the hotel beginning with the fact that there private vehicles are generally not allowed in the historic center and thet there is a circulating bus system. I think that would be helpful to people arriving by train.

I did not notice any directions online - we just looked up the address on a map

Everything very good. Staff excellent. Good breakfast. Room a little small for 3 people, but we were not in it for very long so it did not matter

Small, family run. Not the cheapest, but very clean and comfortable, good location , quiet.
