• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday.
  Check-out: before 10:30.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet continental breakfast and typical Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but the original copy will be given at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we have an elevator with facilities for disabled.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are private, we have quiet and romantic rooms. Some rooms have a a private balcony with beautiful views on our inner garden or on the city roofs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of our rooms have their own terrace and courtyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms/apartments have their own satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each room/apartment there is a direct dial phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In every room/apartment there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can provide addresses and numbers or we can arrange it for our guests.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bologna Airport "G. Marconi" is about 25 minutes away by bus (public shuttle service) and about 15 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not at the moment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many at about two minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central railway station is about 10 minutes by bus, 5 minutes by taxi and about 25 minutes walking through the historical centre of the city.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not at the moment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only small size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but in the vicinity of the hotel there are about 9 typical restaurants of the city.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
