• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9pm, Check Out before 9am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors and we have no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, it's provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, telephone and satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have A/C only in room 8 under the roof. In the other rooms it's not necessary. In any case price include everythings. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes un the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Guests can park without problems near the building (in the village center).
• Where can we rent a car?
  A Terni.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes a famous one -La Palazzola- where is possible to organize wine tasting.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Terni 6 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport about 150 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the square 30 mt far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Terni, about 10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
