• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 3.00 pm.
  Check-out: before Midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person/per room and per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Both prices are available. When breakfast is included it is a buffet continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay, any extras must be paid at check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The Reception staff speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are located on the quiet side of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms have balcony or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the rooms have balcony or terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Unfortunately we do not have any non smoking rooms!
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room is air conditioned. All apartments of block A and some apartments of block B have also air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Only 2 km far from the hotel there is a rent-a-car service. You can ask the Reception desk for detailed informations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We have a market inside the hotel and there is a supermarket 1 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Only 2 km far from the hotel is the village of Garda. Bardolino is only 4 km far from the hotel, and Torri del Benaco is 4 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport of Verona-Catullo is only 30 km far from the hotel, and the Airport of Brescia-Montichiari is 40 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have. There is the possibility to book a taxi on your reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel: 100 m far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Peschiera del Garda, only 20 km from the hotel, or in Verona 30 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a "à la carte" Italian Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible from the rooms.
