• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Apartment 1 Room, Apartment 2 Rooms, Apartment 3 Rooms, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10.30amDouble Room Standard, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included, but only for the rooms. It's at guests' disposal for the apartments with an extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No: extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 apartments are at the first floor, but the others are at the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. On request.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. On request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes. On request.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes. On request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is Tv, and on request there are international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes in the bedrooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in the bedrooms and it is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is our restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. it is open in summer from may until september, but we cannot guarantee because it depende from the weather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  S.Maria degli Angeli (Perugia), about 10 minutes from here.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, about 4 km from here.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.

  S.Egidio, about 15 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a taxi.

  In Passaggio, about 4 km from the apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 8 km from the estate.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a jacuzzi in all of the bedrooms and in the swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
