• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 3pm to 7 pm or upon request.
  Check-out: within 10:30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included. The breakfast is composed of: tea, coffee or milk, cereals, homemade bread and yogurt, different types of jams, butter, orange juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and Spanish fluently.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No elevator, just 1 floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are very romantic!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Fresh linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a large courtyard and private garden with fish pond.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are Non Smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the sitting room there is a colour satellite TV set.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a large and elegant dining-room where we can all dine together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool is at 500 metres.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the local airport Brescia-Montichiari at 7 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brescia - Montichiari at 7 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 100 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Desenzano del Garda at 14 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Upon request we can arrange for a dinning or lunch.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
