 On the third floor of the hotel there is a beautiful and panoramic solarium where you can relax and tan if you prefer not to stay on the beach. Near the hotel there is a parking and the hotel is equipped with an elevator. The restaurant offers local and national dishes, with a broad menù ranging from the local fresh fish and seafood to meat dishes, from home made pasta to a variety of locally grown vegetables. |
 Local wines and the worldwide famous Gargano olive oil make meals an unforgettable experience. Typical plates can be tasted prepare to you in the furnace for firewood or the barbecue.  The PietreNere Hotel is in the heart of the Gargano National Park. The area offers a broad range of attractions. From the Tremiti islands with fantastic diving spots (reachable by fast boat), to the Foresta umbra with nature trails for all fitness levels, the ragged and spectacular coastline interrupted by medieval villages, the marine grottos accessible by boat, the sea-water lakes of Lesina and Varano, the village of Monte St.Angelo with the monastery St.Michael, and finally San Giovanni Rotondo, destination of pilgrims wishing to visit Padre Pio's tomb. Guided tours to these destinations can be arranged by the hotel. The hotel is located about 3 kms from the village. The white washed village of Rodi Garganico is perched on a green hill right on the sea. Rodi is well-known for the sweet-scent from the surrounding orange and lemon groves which intersect the traditional plantations of centuries-old olive trees.
