• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room if you choose only B&B, if you choose HB or FB rates are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  For us is better if you settle the bill on departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we have two buildings and there is one elevator for each building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All double rooms have small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have one swimming pool for adults and one for children.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our parking is free and the garage is available at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Salerno.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are situated in the centre of Maiori.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Capodichino in Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange for you a taxi.

  The nearest bus-stop is at 100 meters.

  The nearest railway station is in Salerno.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 50 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
