By plane: There are two international airports you may reach in order to get to Il Piccolo Blu Food & Rooms. Regular flights fly from Madrid, Munich, Rome and Milan, landing at Cristoforo Colombo terminal, in Genoa -placed 122 kilometres from Campiglia-. Otherwise, take a plane to Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa, located 93 kms south of Campiglia.
By car: If your plane lands in Cristoforo Colombo terminal, drive towards the historical centre, turn left in Vico alla Spiaggia, again in Via Federico Gattorno. You must leave the city and get on highway A10/E25 and join A7/E62 in the direction "Livorno/ Genova Est". Continue along A12/E80 and then A15, towards "La Spezia". After you pass this location, take road SP530, pass Marola and turn right in Via della Castellana, which will lead you to Campiglia. You will end up directly at Piazza della Chiesa, where the reception for Il Piccolo is located. (1 hour 40 minutes)
From Pisa airport, take Via Caduti di Kindu and cross the city of Pisa. Afterwards take your left in Via Mezzanina and your right in road SS1. Go along "Strada Grande Comunicazione Firenze-Pisa-Livorno" heading towards "E76/ A11/ FIRENZE/ E80/ A12/ GENOVA/ LIVORNO" and continue along A12/E80. Drive in the direction "E31/ La Spezia/ Santo Stefano" and join road A15. Afterwards, follow the directions already described. (1 hour 10 minutes)
By train: The railway station placed closer to Campiglia Tramonti is La Spezia, placed 9 kilometres away. From Rome trains take around 4 hours to reach it, while from Pisa there are several services a say taking 1 hour. If you reach Cristoforo Colombo airport, you can take the Volabus -number 100-, which reaches the railway station Principe in around 30 minutes. From there you will have approximately 2 hours up to La Spezia. |
