• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included and you can take it only in the ground floor of the property, in the shared lounge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has just one floor and there isn't elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Absolutely yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provided linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are NO SMOKING.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We decided to avoid air conditioning as we try to respect as well as we can the environment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Just a small shared lounge to take thes, coffes etc togheter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can easily park on the street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In La Spezia you have a travel agency near the rail station: de franchi - via fratelli rosselli 94.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You have to go to La Spezia or make a daily card to buy in the little shop in Campiglia.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Portovenere - 15 minutes by car
  Riomaggiore - 15 minutes by car
  La Spezia - 15 minutes by car
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova Internationa airport "Cristoforo Colombo" (IATA code: GOA)
  Pisa International Airport "Galileo Galilei" (IATA CODE: PSA)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the church place, 2 minutes walking from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  La Spezia centrale: you can join that by bus. The bus n° 20 ensures 5 daily courses.
• How far away is the beach?
  15 minutes by car
  40 minutes by foot
• Is the beach private or public?
  You have both of them.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just small dogs on the ground floor.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes! you can taste our tipycal food at piccoloblu food, in piazza della chiesa 4 - where you will collect keys - 7/7 days from 10 a.m to 6 p.m and in the week end only on reservation.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
