- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Per accommodation. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the rate, and is served directly in the Suites. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The bill can be settled on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
The following languages are spoken at the reception: Italian, English, French and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have a total of six floors in the building (4 floors over street level), all of which can be reached by the elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are quiet, private and absolutely romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The Royal Suite DBL and the Petit Maison have a terrace, and the Royal Suite DBL has a direct access to the patio. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Most of the Suites have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a 20" LCD TV, with complimentary access to the standard SKT-TV channels, all of which are in multiple languages. There are also 35 pay-tv channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all the Suites have direct dialling lines, with voicemail. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
The air conditioning is included in the price, and works approximately from April to October. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
All the Suites have complimentary Internet connections (DSL) at the desks. If our guest doesn't have a Laptop, please ask the reception. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking open 24/7 at 500 meters. - Where can we rent a car?
Ask the reception, we will arrange it for you. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Milano Linate (LIN). Also Milano Malpensa (MXP) can be easily reached with the Malpensa Express Train in 40 mins time. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can arrange a pick up for all our guests upon request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is just in front of us. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Cadorna Station (Malpensa Express) is the nearest one (1,5km), but also the Central Station is not far from us (5km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
The Royal Suite SGL and the Petit Maison have a Jacuzzi tub. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small dogs are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but we have a chef, that provides us with his daily menu. We'll serve then dinners and lunches directly in the Suites (Mon-Sat). - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, not only modems will work, but also DSL-LAN is free of charge.
