• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 9pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The B&B rate is per room, per day, the Half Board rate is per person, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is always included in the price and it's a breakfast buffet. During the summer season we serve it in our beautiful garden.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We normally settle it upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italiano, English and Deutsch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors, excluding the ground floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms on the back are more quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no bancony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have some no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room is provided with television. No satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephone in the room can connect external with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning. Normally on the seaside is not so hot during the summer. We can provide with a fan.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Right now we have no inernet point. But there is one 200 metres far away the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a parking place open air in the garden area. It's not available during the summer. But are some free parking area in the village around the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Rapallo, Genova and Sestri Levante.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You can find some groceries 40 metres to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Levanto, Monterosso, Sestri Levante
  Towns: La Spezia, Genova.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova "Cristoforo Colombo", km 90
  Pisa International Airport, km 111
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have any.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bonassola, on the line Genova-Roma.
• How far away is the beach?
  About 70 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are both: privat and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, our restaurant offer Ligurian specialities and is open for dinner from Easter holiday to the first Sunday in October.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Right now it's not possible.
