• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay, any extras must be paid at check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The Reception Staff speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, private and romantic... like a paradise.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have balcony or terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat-TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Capri you can rent a motor-bike.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Anacapri.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino Airport (Neaples).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Capri center.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station (Neaples).
• How far away is the beach?
  10 minutes.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both public and private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Some rooms are equipped with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
