7 days prior arrival no penalty will be applied, within 7 days we will charge one night stay as fee per late cancellation or guests failure to arrive. IN AUGUST 14 days prior arrival no penality will be applied, within 14 dAys we will charge 2 nights stay Hot deals and special offers must be prepaid at the time of booking and in case of cancellations the entire amount of the stay is not refundable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
