• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Franch and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have just ground floor and one floor apartments.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No, there are only different kind of quiet, private & romantic apartments.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Every apartment has his own.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, of corse.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV in the apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, There isn't,there is a common thelephone in the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't because there is a moderated climate even in summer & during the night is cool.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the Reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 2 swimming pool & a Jacuzzi.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, open air parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Città di Castello.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, Grocery Storee in Titta & Super markets in Città di Castello.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are in the Property: we make our own wine.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Città di castello.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport of Perugia 10 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Fraccano, 4 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Città di castello, 12 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  3 kmtrs, direction Fraccano.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
