Needs maintenece program for the overall hotel, paint etc.. Walls to rooms apear to be very thin hence could hear the people next door walking around etc.. ... Old as is everything in Italy is and could do with a make over, location perfect and the view exceptional. Noises from room next can be heard. Nice heated pool nice place to relax.

This hotel is advertised as 4 star, but it is really more of a 2-3 star hotel, and overpriced, especially for low season. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is looking very old and tired, and we were disappointed. ... You should state that it is a very old-fashioned hotel. ... Avoid it
