• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night and per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a cold buffet breakfast, and it is always included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Seven floor up and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very quiet and far away from the traffic. The rooms facing the sea are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, rooms on ground floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Almost all the rooms have a balcony and quite more than sixty percent have a sea overview.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a television and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is available in all rooms free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. We have in the lobby a public Internet Point, and all the Hotel is Wi-Fi enabled.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes we have sea water swimming pool and it is open and heated all year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there's an outdoor parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In town.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there's a supermarket 200 meter far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa airport - Cristoforo Colombo (30 km far).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at 20 m from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Margherita Ligure at 800 m.
• How far away is the beach?
  It is at 100 m from the Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes little pets ar welcome with an extra charge, but they are not allowed in public areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. The hotel has three restaurants (up to 500 people).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all the Hotel is Wi-Fi connected.
