- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our prices are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our delicious Hot buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for continental breakfast is available on request. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can: the bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, French, Spanish, and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are four floors and two lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are very quiet rooms, because all of them are soundproofed. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do have 20 non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is, with several national and international TV channels and 4 satellite TV channels free of charge for our guests in all rooms. We also have PAY-TV in all guest rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, with a seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We do have an internet point in our lobby available for our guests and all our rooms are fully equipped with High speed Internet WI-FI covered. Service on payment. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is an outdoor swimming pool open from the 15th of June to the 31st of August: it is open from 10am to 7pm. - Is parking or garage available?
A private parking and a private garage are available free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
Car rental is available at the hotel reception on request and depending on availability. - Which is the nearest airport?
BOLOGNA (BLQ) GUGLIELMO MARCONI - 18KM from hotel - about 25 minutes with taxi. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do have a private transfer at extra cost, wich can be arranged from the reception desk. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Nearest bus-stop is in front of Hotel (20 metres) such as line n. 96 to the city centre, direct to Piazza Cavour and 50metres from Piazza Maggiore. It leaves every 15 minutes (Saturday and Sunday every 25 minutes) - last run from Piazza Cavour at 8:40 pm. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Bologna Centrale - 12 KM - to reach Hotel from station:shuttle bus until piazza Cavour and then bus 96 untill Top Hotel Park - about 35/40 minutes. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in our bedrooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is the La Buarì restaurant in a restrained and elegant atmosphere, guided by attentive and proficient staff, offering our clientele the true flavours of Emilia Romagna cuisine. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can and the hotel offers a high speed interenet access wireless, at an extra charge.
