• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price, we have continental ed international buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival, but we advise to do it on the day before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish and Italian are spoken at Park Hotel Alcione reception.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is on 3 floors. We have 2 elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have not courtyard or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have the balcony and a seaview, other rooms have Majella mountain view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has a TV sat. National and international channels ( satellite TV ) and Sky TV are available.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, every room has a direct line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is available in every room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, ADSL Line and Wi-Fi are available in Hotel and in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. The swimming pool is open during Summer season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a car parking and it is free for the guests of Park Hotel Alcione.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are 4 rent a car at the airport: Hertz, Avis, Sixt,
  Europecar.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery stores is "Lalli", typical Abruzzo products are sold.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Park Hotel Alcione is situated in Francavilla, a seaside village. Pescara is only 3 Km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are: Airport of Abruzzo, 5 Km away, or Fiumicino Airport, 170 Km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a pickup service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is only 10 metres away from the property - line 1 and 2.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Pescara Centrale.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is only 50 metres away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  We have a private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a beautyful wellness and fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is Novilunio Restaurant with a delicious cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
