• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the room rate is included our breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors in the building and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private. On request, we can assign a cozy room with view on the stars on our top floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have terraces or courtyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have air conditioning and it is free of charge for our guests to use.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage close to our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Bologna airport or at a car rental office in the centre. Or you can ask at the reception and we will be glad to help.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bologna G. Marconi is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Indipendenza/Arena del Sole theatre is the nearest bus stop to our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bologna central station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
