• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is a continental breakfast buffet and its included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You will pay the bill when you leave the hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is composted of 4 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms inside and they are quiet, romantic suites and rooms sight on the main course.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have, to the last floor, a wonderful panoramic terrace-solarium.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are rooms with balcony and rooms with windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are only non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have an appropiate Tv Satellite room and in the rooms only TV colour.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have directed telephone dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning in summer and central heating plant in winter and they are included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the hall, there is an Internet point for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  In the terrace there is a mini swimming pool Jacuzzi and it is open in the summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Many parkings and garages are situated very close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At few metres from the hotel there are 2 car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Capodichino (Naples) is far from here about 25 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a taxi service which is available 24 hours a day, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus-stop of Pompei is far from here 400 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Pompei's Circumvesuviana (a local train)is situated 10 mt from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In summer, in the terrace, it is open the mini swimming pool Jacuzzi, the Turkish bath and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept little-medium size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the hotel there is a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
