• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors and yes, there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only Superior Junior Suites and the Deluxe Suite have balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, standard rooms only ahve french balcony or windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite tv are available in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning in each room and is seasonal. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, from March to October (weather permitting) and it is heated.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Hotel just contacting the Reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Scala.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples (Capodichino) about 50 Km, one and a half hour by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 35 Km, one hour by car.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  there is an open-air fitness center under some gazebos. No Sauna or Turkish bath. Jacuzzi bath or tub are in most of the rooms and there are 3 jacuzzi on the top floor for all the guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only of small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
