• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast, self catering apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, at a fixed price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is a roof terrace on the top floor of our building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All apartments are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, television but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at extra fixed price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have one in our property at 50 mt from main building.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At 500 m free punlic parking; we suggest you to advise us if you arrive by car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask our reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cefalù.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania CTA 175 km. Palermo PMO 55 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cefalù.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cefalù at 800 mt.
• How far away is the beach?
  At 300 mt.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On the ground floor we have a restaurant and a wine bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
