 The Palazzo Vecchio Bed & Breakfast is an ancient baronial palace located in the heart of Salento in a peaceful natural area, with a great architecture in this elegant house that was restored maintaining a harmony between the old charm and the comfort of the present. The Palazzo has an ample inner garden including plants, flowers and trees with Mediterranean scents, especially in spring, when the citruses explode bringing all the color and taste. In the evening, the breeze from the sea shore arrives with some freshness and cool to the ambience. |

 Guests will be able to relax and enjoy their vacations here, taking advantage of all the natural landscapes that the area offers. The country, small rural and handicraft center of Marittima is developed on two main roads. The narrow streets, the lovely terraces and trees, invites you to walk around and find the gorgeous Adriatic Sea (at 3 minutes by car from the B&B). If you want some sports, at 5 minutes you will find a sport center with tennis courts and swimming pool. At 9 km you could visit the famous Terms of Santa Cesarea. Driving to the north you could arrive to Otranto and visit its nice Castle or the strait where the Adriatic and Ionian sea connect. Going to the south, you will reach Santa Maria di Leuca, with its stunning white cliffs, its famous lighthouse and the Church of Cristo Re. |
