The desk staff was very helpful in planning activities in the region, and it was very nice to have a shuttle bus to take us downtown for the opera we attended at the amphitheater. ... A very nice hotel. The desk staff was the most helpful we encountered in all of our hotels on our italy trip.

I found the published map directions confusing in that they appeared to make the hotel nearer to the centre. This wasn't a massive problem as it allowed for some lovely walks into the city, but it was confusing. ... Out of the centre, but lovely and accessable.
