- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All rates are per room, per night - in some cases, our special offers are priced per person, but it will be specifically mentioned in the offer. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, Continental buffet breakfast with regional products and homemade pies is included in the price. American breakfast dishes can be ordered à la Carte. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled at departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our staff speaks Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Hungarian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors in the building and most rooms can be reached by elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Being located in the countryside, all rooms are quiet and private. On request, we can assign rooms or Suites with four-poster beds, which create an even more romantic atmosphere. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The rooms do not have terraces or courtyards, but the Hotel offers a wonderful terrace with view of the vineyards and a large park. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
There are only few rooms with a balcony, but the Hotel offers a wonderful terrace with view of the vineyards and a large park. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, on request, we can assign non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all our rooms have a TV, most of our Suites offer a second one in the living room. There are also some international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, the telephones in the rooms (1 or 2, according to the room category) all have a direct dialling function. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms without any extra charges. It is however seasonal (when the seasonal heating system has been shut off). - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, there is an Internet point in the lobby. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
An open air swimming pool has been planned and will be ready by June 2006. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a private Hotel garage and a large parking area on the Hotel grounds. Valet parking is also available. - Where can we rent a car?
On request, we can organise the reservation of a rental car for you to pick-up, for example at the arrival airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
The Serravalle Outlet, Italy's first Outlet centre is only 2 miles from the Hotel. Next to it, you will also find the largest supermarket of the area. - Are there vineyards nearby?
L'Ostelliere is surrounded by vineyards and below the Hotel building, you will find the Villa Sparina wine factory and its 18th century wine cellars. Guided tours and wine tastings are available upon request. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest town is Gavi and it is located at about 1,5 miles of the Hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
The three closest airports are Genova (GOA) at 50km (31 miles), Milano Linate at 85km (53 miles) and Milano Malpensa at 120km (75 miles). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
On request, we can organise pickup by private car or limousine from the airport. This service can be charged to the Hotel bill. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
L'Ostelliere being in the countryside, there are no buses stopping nearby. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The two nearest railway stations are Novi Ligure and Arquata Scrivia, both located about 6,5 miles from the Hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is a fitness centre on the property with a fully equipped gym and a Turkish bath. Massages can be booked upon request. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets of all sizes are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
On the Hotel premises you will find "La Gallina", our gourmet restaurant. The restaurant is located in the converted and fully renewed hay barn and offers a large terrace with fantastic views of the vineyards. Reservation is preferred, as the restaurant is open to public. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, all rooms offer Internet connection via modem.
