• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 8am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  For the Castle and Villa Ada the prices are per room per day. For La Macina the prices are the weekly rate for apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price for the rooms. The apartments are self-catering
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the castle there are two floors with the elevator.
  In the Villa Ada two floors but without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, but not all.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all rooms there is air conditioning. Not in the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is our restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, is open all day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We make reservation of rental cars directly here on the spot, or at the airport or at the railways station
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Village San Marco, Town Perugia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 30 min.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 1Km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About at 5 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have Gym with Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
